01General Packaging

The T-die GT type offers excellent thickness uniformity for high-speed, multi-color printing and suits low-depth gradient designs. The tubular BG type has an outstanding property balance that resists curl, making it suitable for ice, seafood, frozen food, and other products prone to tearing.

Application

  • Food packaging (frozen food, processed meat, ham, coffee, etc.)
  • Refill packaging (bath, laundry, detergent, shampoo)
  • Ready-to-eat rice lids, balloons

Key Properties

  • Heat resistance, printability
  • Pinhole / impact resistance
TypeThickness (㎛)Surface Treatment
GT1110~25Inside corona
GT1210~25Both-side corona
GT1310~25Outside corona
BG1115, 25Inside corona
BG1215, 25Both-side corona
BG1315, 25Outside corona

02Retort

Excellent heat resistance ensures stable performance under high-temperature, high-pressure retort sterilization. Superior MD/TD heat shrinkage helps the finished product keep its shape and protect the contents during heat treatment.

Application

  • Food retort pouch (curry, pet food, etc.)
  • Coffee / soy milk retort pouch
  • Sauce pouch

Key Properties

  • Heat resistance, high-temperature sterilization
  • Pinhole / impact resistance
TypeThickness (㎛)Surface Treatment
RT9115, 25Inside corona
RT9215, 25Both-side corona
RT9315, 25Outside corona

03Pharmaceutical

Superior formability compared with conventional products. High strength and an excellent MD/TD balance make it optimal for pharmaceutical blister packaging.

Application

  • Tablet blister packaging

Key Properties

  • MD strength
  • MD / TD balance
TypeThickness (㎛)Surface Treatment
DT1125Inside corona
DT1325Outside corona

Properties

  • No rupture up to 9.6 mm in formability evaluation
  • No lifting up to 9.6 mm in formability evaluation

04Adhesive Lamination

A high-adhesion primer gives more than twice the adhesion strength of corona treatment. Excellent adhesion after hot-water treatment makes it well suited to retort packaging.

Application

  • Food packaging (roasted chestnuts, fresh noodles, sauces, etc.)
  • Cartridge (ready-to-eat rice, tofu lids, etc.)
  • Pouch (pouch bottom, spouted pouch)

Key Properties

  • Adhesion strength, printability
  • Impact resistance, gas barrier
TypeThickness (㎛)Surface Treatment
AT9015, 25Inside coating
AT9315, 25Inside coating, outside corona
